In which direction is this poor world evolving? So much hatred, so much violence and for what?

I'm speechless ... in rememberance ...

Vrolijke Kerstfeest ... gelukkig Nieuwjaar en zalig Pasen ... ben ik nog iets vergeten? Merry Christmas ... happy New Year and Easter! Did I forget something? Ja ik weet het ... het is namelijk al zo lang geleden sinds ik geblogd heb! En het afgelopen jaar is het niet veel beter geweest! I know it has been an awfull long time since I last blogged! Onbedoeld heb ik een lange blogpauze ingebouwd vooral wegens geen zin om te bloggen. Niet dat er achter de schermen geen handwerk meer werd gedaan hoor ... integendeel! This doesn't mean that I didn't practice any crafts at all ... on the contrary! I also visited some craft fairs and open doors at shops ... Happy Birthday to me!

Today is my 39th birthday! I never figured out whether mom did this on purpose or not ... just before Christmas (my birthday is never celebrated big time)! :-) I've received some money and a book coupon so I guess I'll do some stash enhancing ... cross stich, quilting or knitting ... what will it be? Favourite designers - Renato Parolin and Rovaris

This time we travel to the south of Europe ... Italy being our destination ;-) RENATO PAROLIN I can't remember how I got to know the designs of Renato Parolin (who doesn't have a website nor a blog)... I suppose I've seen some of his designs on fellow stitchers' blogs. His - yes ladies a MALE designer - theme is nature with lots of trees, deer, doves, squirrels, owls, flowers and hearts. Once you've bought one chart, you want them all - trust me! Look at what I've gathered the last two years: And his lovely book which I already wanted to purchase for quite some time.
