This and that

Hi all,

Three weeks since my last post! Shame on me!!! It's not that I didn't want to post or that I didn't have inspiration but I have had soooo many things on my plate the last couple of weeks that I simply didn't find the time nor energy.

We celebrated the anniversary of my eldest DD (8 years now) with two parties - one for us adults and one for DD's girlfriends :-).

On Monday I'm following a sewing course (remember the image of tissues a couple of posts ago) and on Thursday it's knitting time!

This doesn't mean that I haven't been busy on the crafting front. Soo ... what am I up to? Lots and lots of things!

Sewing: still working on my skirt (hey it's only a couple of hours each week)

Knitting: working on the second part of this vest which is called "Medieval). I just love those cables on the front!

I also love this sweater and think that I'll get some materials to make it - in another colour. Imagine a deep red bordeaux :-)

Drops pattern 117-2

Cross stitch: already thinking of Easter. I will try to stitch some ornaments and finish them off before spring sets in :-).

Prairie Schooler Vintage Eggs
stitching the middle design

Also planning on a couple of other charts from the Prairie Schooler like :

That's it for now! I'll post progress soon ...

P.S.: I haven't started anything yet from my stash bust in January (see previous post)! :-)

All the Prairie Schooler eggs are wonderful to stitch and they are so cute all together in a little basket. Have fun stitching them.
