A good and busy season for craft fairs

Hi all,

Still around and lots of things to share so I'll have to write a couple of blog posts (better than the last two months where I didn't have a lot of time nor inspiration).

The first craft fair I visited was the "Hobbysalon" in Antwerp. It was quite new to me and had some nice surprises. Designers I didn't hear of before or some "old acquaintances" :-).

View of one of the corridors

The ladies from "Liebevolle Kreuzstichentwürfe" and their always very lovely booth

Lisette from Calico House and Ellie were present with lots of lovely fabrics and quilts

Atelier JMG (felt)

Isn't this mouthwatering?

All Tilda figures, new tissues, etc ... De Handwerksite

Crochet and mandalas ... a lovely combination!

An idea for the "Randje per week" (2014) - found at the "Naaiboetiek" stand.

A new to me German designer "Farbenfroh Sticken & mehr" where I bought this lovely heart pattern (they also sell a lovely German yarn called "Tentakulum").

I really enjoyed this crafts fair and hope to return next year!

I limited myself to buying a couple of fabrics to start a new smaller project. It will be a table runner made according to the English paperpiecing technique. I've found the idea on the website from Mieke Duyck better known as Creatieve blogger :-). She makes the quilt in Kaffe Fassett fabrics and I wanted to do something different so went for almost all batik fabrics. I'll show you an update later this week!

I hope you enjoyed the stroll through this creative fair!

Have a nice day!
