Over and out

On Saturday 5th of July our Red Devils played their 5th match in the quarter finals against Argentina. What we hoped for didn't come through ... we lost with 0-1 against Argentina (in 1982 we won with 1-0 against them - and Diego Maradona).

I think we can be proud of our national team which was one of the youngest teams in the championships. Who knows what we'll see of them within two or four years when they're more mature?

This time we travel to the south of Europe ... Italy being our destination ;-) RENATO PAROLIN I can't remember how I got to know the designs of Renato Parolin (who doesn't have a website nor a blog)... Happy Birthday to me!

Today is my 39th birthday! I never figured out whether mom did this on purpose or not ... just before Christmas (my birthday is never celebrated big time)! :-) I've received some money and a book coupon so I guess I'll do some stash enhancing ... cross stich, quilting or knitting ... what will it be? Long time no see

Well it has been an awfully long time since I last posted here but I switched to Instagram (annsombel) a couple of years back (December 2016 to be exact) as I encountered some problems with posting on Blogspot and I didn't always know what to say. I kept following all of you who also have Instagram profiles but I admit that I'm missing the rest of you so ... I'll be posting here sometimes (let's say once a month or maybe a bit less) to keep you updated :-).
