Small new start

I got a little bit tired just stitching on large pieces. As I'm waiting for the Serengeti mandala to start on March 1st, I decided to stitch on a small "cushion".

Remember this booklet ... Well I started on the pincushion yesterday (Sunday).


Not bad for just a couple of hours of stitching I think.

Oh Ann, deze is prachtig!!! Donderdag in 't Gaerenhuys hadden ze die niet want de meeste spullen lagen op de beurs te Kortrijk. Vorig jaar 'merry christmas' besteld via de Standard Boekhandel & gewoon 2.5 maand mogen wachten op mijn bestelling. Ik ben benieuwd naar uw resultaat, ziet er zo mooi uit!!!!!!

This time we travel to the south of Europe ... Italy being our destination ;-) RENATO PAROLIN I can't remember how I got to know the designs of Renato Parolin (who doesn't have a website nor a blog)... Happy Birthday to me!

Today is my 39th birthday! I never figured out whether mom did this on purpose or not ... just before Christmas (my birthday is never celebrated big time)! :-) I've received some money and a book coupon so I guess I'll do some stash enhancing ... cross stich, quilting or knitting ... what will it be? Long time no see

Well it has been an awfully long time since I last posted here but I switched to Instagram (annsombel) a couple of years back (December 2016 to be exact) as I encountered some problems with posting on Blogspot and I didn't always know what to say. I kept following all of you who also have Instagram profiles but I admit that I'm missing the rest of you so ... I'll be posting here sometimes (let's say once a month or maybe a bit less) to keep you updated :-).
